MY PLANT IS DEAD (Shipping Policy)

 

Humans have been sending plants around the world for hundreds of years, creating various technological delivery systems and shrinking the globe.  And yet, the big delivery companies STILL seem to fu%k things up.

We know mistakes happen. And if for any reason your plant arrives dead or destroyed we’ll replace it or send you a refund at your request. Just send us an email or reach out on social media with a with a photo of the plant as it was received, in its original pot/packaging, and one of our team members will fix it asap. 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:

We ship plants Mondays and Wednesdays to avoid extended stays at distribution centers. Details pertaining to specific plant shipping information are listed on that plants checkout page. 

Some plants need to be potted upon arrival unless specified ‘potted’.  Review your plants description or reach out to us to verify if your plant is shipped pre-potted.
